Operating Systems and Browsers
The Circles Database is tested with and support current versions of the following mainstream browsers on Windows and Mac OS operating systems:
- Chrome (current version)
- Firefox (current version)
- Safari (current version)
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 11
While it is possible to access the database with some older browsers, we highly recommend using the current versions for optimal usability and security.
Certain older browsers such as IE 7 are blocked from accessing the database as they are known to cause security issues.
Session Cookies
We use session cookies; however, they are removed when the users log out of the database. Most browsers have cookies enabled by default. If you are having issues logging in, then verify that “Cookies” are enabled in your browser and that your browser is allowing third-party cookies.
